1. Who we are
Ultimate GOAT Clicker ("the game") is a free online game operated by the person running the website ultimategoatclicker.com ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@ultimategoatclicker.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By playing you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
3. Age
You must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age for consent to online services in your country, if higher) to use the game.
4. It's free
The game costs nothing. There are no real-money purchases. "Star Points", cards, sounds and boosts are in-game features only: they have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, cashed out or transferred, and may be changed or reset.
5. Your account
You can play as a guest or create an account with an email and password. Keep your login details safe: there is currently no automatic password-recovery, so a lost password may mean a lost account. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person should not run many accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Fair play
The following are not allowed: bots, scripts, auto-clickers or any tool not provided by the game; exploiting bugs; faking scores or clicks; interfering with other players or with our servers. Accounts that break these rules can be removed from the rankings, muted, suspended or deleted.
7. Chat and submitted content
You are responsible for what you write in chat, the nickname you choose and the challenges you propose. No hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors, spam, advertising, personal data of other people, impersonation or illegal content. We may moderate, hide or delete any content and may remove chat access. By submitting content you allow us to display it inside the game to other players.
8. Real people and parody
The game references public figures (athletes, artists, creators) for satire, commentary and entertainment. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. If you are a rights holder and have a concern, contact us at support@ultimategoatclicker.com.
9. Availability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always work, be error-free or keep your progress. We may change, limit, suspend or shut down the game or any feature at any time, and we may reset counters or data (for example during testing or at launch).
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages, loss of progress, or loss caused by downtime or by third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make important changes we will show a notice in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
